1. General

These Terms govern your use of the WowKruti website and any purchase made through it. By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. Products & Customisation

• Products such as nameplates, trophies, mementos, and corporate gifts may be customised based on details (text, names, designs) provided by the customer at the time of order.
• Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the information (spelling, names, text) submitted for personalisation. Sai Creations is not liable for errors arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.
• Product images are for representation purposes; actual colour, size, or finish may vary slightly due to photography, screen settings, or handcrafted variation.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices listed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
• Payment must be completed in full through our supported payment gateway before an order is processed, unless otherwise specified (e.g. Cash on Delivery, if offered).
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice; orders already confirmed will not be affected by subsequent price changes.

4. Order Processing & Delivery

• Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Customised products may require additional production time, which will be communicated at the time of order.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, location, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

• Since most products are custom-made to order, cancellations may only be accepted within 24 hours of order placement, before production begins.
• Customised/personalised items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defect or damage during transit.
• In case of a defective or damaged product, customers must notify us within 2 days of delivery with photographic evidence, to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, designs, images, and text — is the property of Sai Creations/WowKruti and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without prior written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Site, including submitting unlawful, offensive, or infringing content for customisation, or attempting to disrupt the Site's functioning.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sai Creations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products purchased through it, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha having exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
