Cancellations
Since most products are custom-made to order, cancellations may only be accepted within 24 hours of order placement, before production begins.
Returns & Refunds
Customised/personalised items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defect or damage during transit.
Defective or Damaged Products
In case of a defective or damaged product, customers must notify us within 2 days of delivery with photographic evidence, to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
