Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Customised products may require additional production time, which we'll communicate at the time of order. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, location, or unforeseen circumstances.

Since most products are custom-made to order, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of order placement, before production begins. Customised/personalised items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defect or damage during transit — in which case, notify us within 2 days of delivery with photos to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
